Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), processing times may be extended slightly.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days] — Flat rate: $12.00 

  • Express Shipping: [1–3 business days] — Flat rate: $18.00 or FREE for orders over $150

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide! International delivery times and rates vary by location.

  • Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Swimwear cannot be shipped to countries with import restrictions on clothing or personal apparel.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Scorched Swim is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at scorchedswim@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
