Returns & Exchange Policy

At Scorched Swim, we want you to love your swimwear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer care.

Return Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All hygiene liners, tags, and packaging must be intact.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had hygiene liners removed

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you'd like a different size,

  1. Email us at [scorchedswim@gmail.com] with your order number and request.

  2. We'll confirm product availability and send you exchange instructions.

  3. Exchanges must also meet the return eligibility criteria above.

Note: We cannot guarantee inventory for all exchange requests.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
